Hi, I’m Sam.

I’m an Executive Coach for Creative Leaders.

I work with people who think differently. Who want to do things differently. Who believe things can be better.

I worked at some of the best advertising agencies in the world (adam&eveDDB, Mother, Havas). I saw incredible creative people (some were ‘Creatives’, others weren’t) solve real problems, for businesses, charities, non-profits.

And whilst they’d often rise to a certain level, for too many their progress just… stopped.

Because our orthodoxy is that creative people live ‘over there’. That they don’t make it to the top.

Which means we too often don’t have their minds, their voices, their spirits at the top table.

And since everyone in the creative industries is there to solve problems, we’re missing out on absolute gold.

We don’t need more of the same old, same old in the boardroom.

We need creative minds, ambitious souls, big hearts.

To take on the hard, knotty, difficult, intangible challenges we face.

We need brilliant people doing difficult things.

And that’s where I get my kicks.

I live in Bristol with my wife and daughter, travelling around the world for my work.

I have coached hundreds of clients across the world and across the Creative Industries, including c-suite and leaders in Advertising, Branding, Production, Video Games and beyond.

I also design and deliver bespoke workshops and consultancy services that help agencies and creative organisations flourish.
